Padrial is today a project of THE MANIFEST GROUP, S.L., until its own company is set up.
2. What this website is for
This website presents Padrial, a project about new-build homes for property developers and estate agencies. It has three forms: property developers can ask for an invitation, estate agencies can put their office on a waiting list, and investors can ask the founders to contact them.
Using the website and sending any of the forms is free.
Sending a form does not give you a right to an invitation or to a service. We decide whom we invite, and when.
This website is not an offer of investment or of securities. If you are an investor, you are only asking us to talk.
3. Conditions of use of the website
When you use the website, you agree to:
- give true and current data, and only your own;
- not send forms on behalf of another person without their permission;
- pass your personal link only to one person you know who may be interested, and not publish it or send it out in bulk. Remember that whoever opens your link will see your first name;
- not try to access parts of the website or data that are not meant for you;
- not damage the website or overload it, for example with automatic or mass submissions.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. It stores in your browser only your choice of language, if you press the ES / EN button, and a technical mark that is deleted when you close the tab, so that the animation plays once per visit.
